Why is asly tax cheaper than a traditional consultancy?

Automation does the heavy lifting — data extraction, calculations, form population, deadline tracking — while qualified advisors focus their time on review, judgement calls, and sign-off. We don't run offices full of hourly billers, so the same return that takes a consultancy 40 billable hours takes us a fraction of that. The saving is passed through to the price, not to margin.

Is the price truly fixed, or are there surprises?

The filing fee is fixed by revenue band and covers every step of preparing and filing the return: preparation, advisor review, EmaraTax submission, and FTA follow-up. Extras — bookkeeping cleanup, audited statements, transfer pricing files, written opinions, penalty disputes — are scoped and quoted separately before any work starts. You never receive a surprise invoice at the end.

Do you charge extra to submit to the FTA?

No. EmaraTax submission and filing confirmation are included in every fee. Some providers charge separately for filing; we treat the submission as part of the service you paid for.

What if my revenue crosses a band mid-year?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is set by annual revenue in the tax period being filed, not by projected revenue. If your revenue for the year lands in the AED 3–5M band, that is the fee — regardless of what you invoiced last year. We confirm the band from your trial balance before quoting.

How much is corporate tax registration on its own?

Accepted Answer

Standalone corporate tax registration on EmaraTax is AED 999, including document preparation, application, and confirmation of your Tax Registration Number (TRN). Registration is included free of charge with any filing package.

How much does a tax consultation cost?

Accepted Answer

One-to-one consultations with a qualified UAE tax advisor are billed at AED 750 per hour. Sessions cover structuring, free zone questions, penalty exposure, or any other UAE corporate tax matter, and include a short written follow-up.

Question 7

Do you offer discounts for multiple entities or groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Groups filing multiple returns receive a per-entity discount that scales with the number of entities. Tax groups that file a single consolidated return under the group rules pay a single fee based on consolidated revenue. WhatsApp us with the entity list for a scoped quote.
